Are you ready for a busy spring in residential real estate?

Wow! What a crazy (and wonderful) weekend it was in the Ballantyne neighborhoods. There were tons of people out looking at houses. Some were coming back for second and third looks in the same day! It seems that these people were ready to make buying decisions…a far cry from the feedback I received just a few weeks ago when buyers were just getting familiar with neighborhoods or, to use some retail terminology…”just looking.”

If people are buying it means they have likely sold THEIR home. This backs up what I wrote in a previous blog about the number of sales going up and being the highest for a year.

My phone (704-543-5892) has also been ringing with sellers who want to get their home on the market. They sense the activity in the market and want to make a move now.

THE SPRING REAL ESTATE MARKET IS BACK and it’s good news for everyone.

Here are two things I’d like to recommend.

1.  Are you familiar with Seth Godin?  He is an author and marketing genius.  I would encourage you to read his blog about housing here. In the new economic world, being practical about a home purchase is paramount. People who were not sensible in the past several years are the ones who are in trouble now.

2.  Sign up today to receive a free monthly report via email on what is happening in real estate in your neighborhood. Click here to sign up.

Make it a great day!

About Scott Martin
I'm a direct response copywriter based in Charlotte, North Carolina. I also have extensive niche publishing experience; I continue to publish in the Ballantyne area through my weekly email, Ballantyne Weekly, and iBallantyne. But, today, my primary work is helping people make money through the power of direct response copywriting. My primary advantage is speed--I can turn copy around in 48 hours for most projects.
